Joshua is 13….officially a teenager!

What are we going to do!!!!??? Another teenager in the house!  Our sweet and comedic Josh is now in that stage of life.  Josh is such a character.  He never ceases to make us laugh.  As he grows, I see more and more of his Dad in his personality (which is a wonderful thing).  He calls things like they are and is not afraid to tell you how he feels.  He is so great with little kids and shows such empathy toward others.  He loves sports and playing sports.  He is really getting into Rocket League lately and loves to patriciate in ESports at his school.  He is my snuggling boy and never turns down a hug from Momma.  A Math whiz, he strives to show us all up with his skills hehe.  We love you our Lil Bity and are so proud of the young man you are becoming.

Since our schedule on his actual bday was so busy....our whole family was out of the house by 730 am and we were not a complete family until 745pm....  we sang a quick happy bday and he opened presents....the next day we continued to celebrate

For Dinner, he requested Steak, asparagus, corn, croissants, strawberries, blood oranges, and root beer

He requested homemade strawberry cheesecake....which was a HUGE hit with all the kids

This past week, we have hung out with the West’s a few times. It has been so much fun enjoying their company;) We are so blessed to have such good friends….and for our kids to just enjoy each other like siblings;)

They invited us on their boat and we hung out at the sand bar 

Then we went bowling;)
