Congrats Jason

Around the beginning of March, we received Jason's diploma for receiving his Associates in Fire Science from Columbia Southern University. We received a letter today that accepted Jason into the Bachelor's program. I am so proud of him and all that he has accomplished. He has already registered for three classes thus quarter!

CAR MANIA

Over the course of three days, Jason and I bought three vehicles. We had been looking for a long time for a more family friendly vehicle. I swore up and down that I would never be soccer mom (van person)but the moment I test drove a van and used a friend's van for a track meet, I will NEVER go back. We just added the stickers on the back this week, I think it is so cute!

On March 21, 2010 we bought a 2009 Honda. It is such a wonderful vehicle, so much room. Well, as a present to Jason for receiving his Associates in Fire Science (see next blog post), we bought a 1968 Volkswagen Bug. It is a toy for Jason, he wants to fix it all up. I enjoy seeing him so happy and playing with his toys.

Then on April 24, 2010 we traded his four-wheeler for a 1995 Mercedes Benz. We posted the four-wheeler on Craigslist for $2500. We received an email from a man who wanted to trade out right for it. We looked at the car and saw that the rims alone were worth that much and so we traded it. We put it out near our home and have already received SOooo many calls. We shall see what happens!

2 Months

Jax went in for his two month apt. and the doctor says everything looks good. His measurements include weight: 13 lbs. 12.75 oz., length: 24.5 in., and cir. around the head was 16.75 cn. He also received his first round of shots. Mommy was hurting more than Jax. With the first shot, he held his breathe his face turned so red then cried for about two minutes. The rest of the day he slept and slept. No fever and no problems, he was such a good boy. I feel like my baby is growing way too fast! It's not fair!

Jax's Easter Outfit

Thanks to the wonderful boxes of clothes Jax got from his cousin's Jaden, Evan, and Kyle (AKA: Aunt Bunny), Jax had a perfect Easter outfit. The bunny sitting next to him was from his Great Grandma Reed. He is such a loved child.

Aunt Sharee and Aunt Cyndi came down during spring break to spend some time with Jax. We went to Hunting Island, Hilton Head Island, Charleston, Savannah, and numerous other places. We sure had a great time with each other. Jax is so spoiled but so loved!

Rolling over!!! (VIDEO)

Jax rolled over for the first time on March 30th (his 8 week mark). We are such proud parents. We were watching Mulan, that is what noise and sound is in the background.
