Another Pool Time

Jax loves the water! We went swimming in his Nanny's apartment complex pool. He loves playing in the water with Daddy.

I can Stand!!!... well with a little help:)

We were just playing around one day and with the growth that Jax has had, we thought it would be fun to measure where he was in relationship to each of us. Here are those pics:)

OOOoops forgot some pics

Here are some pics from his 5th month takes. Magic wanted to get in on the action, so here is Jax with Magic.

Happy 4th of July!

This is a very special day for Jas and I. It really is the only holiday that we have been together since we have been dating. Today we went to church, had a bbq at our house, then went over to our adoptive family's house for dinner, fireworks, and volleyball. It was a great evening. We are so blessed to live in a country of freedom. Please say a prayer for all of the soldiers oversees fighting for our freedom's!

5 Months Old

Our Jax turned 5 months this past Friday. He is growing up so fast. This past month he is starting to move about more and more. He is starting the early stages of crawling, holding his own bottle and sippy cup, eating more "solid" type foods (his favorites being sweet potatoes & corn and bananas.), and gaining more of a flirtatious personality. He loves to smile and play with anyone. He is such a joy in our lives. Here are his current stats:

Weight: 21 lbs. 3 oz.
Height: 29 in.

We go in for his 6 month apt in August. Will update you then.

FUNNY FACES

Jas was bored one day and took pictures of Jax making funny faces. Thought they were cute when I looked at the pictures.

Standing Up

We are trying to get Jax more comfortable with his legs.

Sippy Cup Time (VIDEO)

Jax started to hold his own sippy cup. He is growing up so fast!

Bath Fun (VIDEO)

Jax LOVES the water. Bath time is probably one of his favorite moments of the day. He literally splashes all over the walls! He loves it... we are getting ready to start him in swim lessons within the next month or so. We are so very excited.

Wanted to keep it a little PG... hence the rubber ducky:)
