Josh Field Trip March 2019

On Friday, I got to go with Josh's class to the Fort Concho Art Gallery and ASU Barnyard.  Some of the pieces were absolutely stunning and creative.  I thoroughly enjoyed seeing all the artwork.  Josh really liked the Barnyard especially seeing Dominic the ASU mascot. Afterward we met up at the park for lunch and a little playtime.

Mrs. Warner needed a selfie:)

Jason class in CA

For the past three weeks, Jason taught a Fire O3 class at Pendleton, CA.  Here are some pics he sent me of his ventures....up next is Japan!

Had to take a pic of the paper straws...that's CA for you!

Relief Society Birthday Celebration

This past Tuesday, the ladies of San Angelo 1st, 2nd, and the Spanish and Singles Branch got together to celebrate the birthday of the Relief Society.  We had PLENTY of good food, conversation, and wonderful reenactment of the formation of the Relief Society.  Our Ward was in charge of decorations and organizing the food.  Thought it came together nicely.  A huge shout out to my Mom who helped with the centerpiece inspiration:)  Feel so blessed to be surrounded by such history of this society and all that it represents:)

Some of the tables had antique frames with pictures of my family.  This picture was my Grandma Reed and Aunt Enie on a horse only about an hour and a half from where we live now!  So neat!

Happy St. Patrick's Day 2019

Kiss us, we're Irish hehe.  I just love St. Patrick's Day.  Today, we had breakfast (Lucky Charms), we got ready for church, had to wear green of course, came home and made an "American" version of traditional St. Patrick's Day meal.  Traditional we have Corned Beef, Potatoes and Cabbage, with Irish Soda Bread.  Instead, we had Corned Beef Sandwiches, Potato Chips, and Cabbage Soup.  Later for dessert we had Lime Sherbet.  Hope no one got pinched!

Thanks Grammy for our shirts!

Abilene Zoo 2019

On Friday we traveled to Abilene with our friends the Merritt's and Gardner's and visited the zoo.  The kids had so much fun, despite the wind.  The snakes that they have on display there were awesome!  I think my favorite part was feeding the giraffes.  Here are their favorites: Jax- the Rhino, Josh- the Reptile House SJ- the giraffes.  Was a good little day trip:)

On our way!

These pics are out of order since I resized them....ugh!

Coming home we saw the "aliens"
