Trunk or Treat

We had our Trunk or Treat at church last night. Jax was Popeye. He received SOOOoo many (no joke!) compliments on his costume. Everyone thought it was so fitting for him. We enjoyed showing him off, proud parents I guess:)

Hope all you have a safe and "spooky" Halloween> regardless of if you are going out Saturday or Sunday!

Lightening Storms (VIDEO)

We had a real bad hail and rain storm the other night. Jason thought it was cool and took a couple videos.

Pumpkin Carving 2010

This was our first pumpkin carving. We have one more pumpkin and we will post that when it is done. Happy Halloween!

Jason's Birthday

Jason turned 29 this past Tues. We celebrated starting on Monday with Chinese food, birthday decorations, and presents. We continued celebrating with breakfast burritos (with candles to sing happy birthday) the morning of the 26th and dessert after my volleyball match. Love you Jason and happy birthday!

Ooops forgot Senior Night Post

The Seniors for all Fall sports were honored at the Football game. Here are some pics of the seniors and their parents. We missed one of our seniors who was unable to attend the game. Go Lady Bobcats!

This week we start play-offs. Wish us luck!

Sunday Picture

On our way home from church, Jas spotted this truck and LOVED it. I tried to take a picture of it while we are on the road. I thought it turned out alright for a "moving" photograph.

More of Jax and Murphy

Jax's First Football Game

Jas and I took Jax to his first football this past Friday. Bluffton was playing for the Region championship against Berkley (a school from North Charleston). Sadly the Bobcats lost 25-26 in the last 30 seconds of the game. Jax received a football from one of the cheerleaders and was mesmerized by the crowd and the lights. He and Daddy made quite the pair.

8 Months (real belated)

I noticed that I had not put up ANY 8 month pictures of Jax. I did forget to take them this month. However, as a new mom I am always taking cute pics of Jax here and there. Here are some of my favorites from this past month. We have an apt. on Nov. 2nd where we will be getting more updated stats. Jax continues to crawl all over the place and is starting to stand and pull himself up. He likes bananas, animal crackers, mac and cheese, and grape juice. He is such a happy baby that will be such a great big brother!

IT'S A BOY!!!

Jason and I found out yesterday morning that we will be welcoming another sweet boy into our family. We are very excited! I am on target for a due date of March 2nd. But we will see:) Everything looks great with the baby. The ultrasound tech said our kiddo was the easiest ultrasound (meaning the easiest to find measurements and organs) that whole week. We had to smile at that:)

Jax, Magic, and Murphy

For the past two weeks we have been watching our friends' dog Murphy (who literally is a bigger version of Magic). Jax loves playing with both dogs and it has been fun for us to watch.

20 Weeks

Seriously been super busy that I forgot to take pictures for when I was 16 weeks. So here are the 20 week pictures. I am feeling pretty good. I still haven't gained any weigth, although my pictures seem to reflect another story. My next apt. is on the 29th. Will keep you posted on our little one's progress.

Jason's Re Enlistment

Pic compliments of https://bluejacket.com/usmc_base_insig.html
Pic Compliments of https://www.bestplaces.net/city/california/twentynine_palms
I have been meaning to get this posted on the blog and have been forgetting.

Corporal Jason J. Dennis has re enlisted to the United States Marine Corps for another four years. This was a decision that we didn't come to lightly. He continues to do well at his job and is working for the completion of his Bachelor's in Fire Science (which by this time next year he will have YAY!) Currently he is attending Corporal's School, received another EXPERT at the Fire Range, and will be going to Jump School in November, located in GA. He is such a great provider, father, and spouse. The sacrifices that he makes for our family and our country, I am eternally grateful. We will be leaving our beloved Low Country in April of 2011 to Twenty nine Palms, CA. We are happier that we will be closer to both families; closer than SC that is:) We will continue to keep you posted. We send our blessings!

I WANT PANCAKES (VIDEO)

Jas and I took Jax to IHOP for the first time to eat pancakes. Kids eat for free, so we couldn't go wrong; even with our big boy. Here is a video of him "ordering".

Jax's First Parade (VIDEO)

As a part of homecoming week, the students and community put on a parade. I took Jax and we had so much fun!
