Pizza and a Movie

While Jason was gone, the kids and I decided to do something fun every Friday night.  They all got to throw in their two cents about what movie series they wanted to watch.  They all decided on Hotel Transylvania.  It gave the kiddos something to look forward to each week:) Made the time go back quicker too:)

Bye to the Day's

We were blessed to have an awesome couple military relations missionaries in our Ward.  The boys got rather attached to them.  We will miss them dearly and are so thankful for all the love and care they provided our family over this past year and a half:)

The boys gave Brother Day a baseball they had signed, he loved it!

We (the West family and I) held a pot luck for them:)

Makapu‘u Point Lighthouse Trail Hike with EFMP

On Friday morning, Sara and I went to meet up with Rose from EFMP for a hike up to the lighthouse.  It was REALLY humid due to the rain the night before but it was great to get out and get some exercise.  So thankful for the EFMP program and for the friendship I have with Sara:)

What a Ham!

James did really well too....we walked most of the way up!

From Sara phone...thank you!

7th Grade Parent/Student Orientation

Josh will be going to KIS next year....seriously time slow down!  He is really excited and Jax was excited to show him the ropes hehe.  Despite it raining HARD the whole time and Jax leaving the van door open (yeah that was fun!) it was a great night introducing Josh to some of his teachers.

Month of Military Child....Purple Up 19th

Crazy to think that these kiddos have endured more moves than most.  They have seen more schools, teachers, and students than most.  They have had to make new friends and put themselves out there.  All the while supporting, in their own way, their Daddy while he completes whatever mission or task required of him.  We truly have incredibly resilient kids who do go the extra mile wherever the Marine Corps sends us.

Spirit Week....was able to catch a few pics....

JPO Field Day Competition (VIDEOS)

Josh along with the Mokapu JPO competed at the annual Hawaii field day.  We were able to attend fortunately.  They did GREAT!  They scored 100 out of 100!  What a great accomplishment.  So proud of Josh and all that he as done this past year with JPO.  Two weeks ago, we made Captain, there are 3 total on the squad.  He was just beaming....he could not wait to tell his Dad!
