Happy 35th Birthday Jason (VIDEO)

Yesterday we celebrated Jason's birthday.  A huge thank you to those who sent birthday wishes, however the form.  It made it extra special.  The kids all greeted him in bed with a huge "Happy Birthday"  He had a special breakfast, sadly had to go into work, but when he came home; the kids decorated the table for him.  He opened presents (Thanks Mom and Dad and Janene), we ate a requested meal (chicken, baked potatoes, sauteed zucchini and mushrooms...delicious), then we headed out to the Spook Fest on base (another post), came home and carved pumpkins (another post.).  We sang Happy birthday and he enjoyed and Oreo Cream Pie dessert.  He said it was one of the best bday's in a long time.

On Jason's birthday, the kids asked if we could carve pumpkins.  We had got three big pumpkins for the kids to choose what kind of carving they wanted.  Jax wanted a pumpkin with triangle eyes and nose and a smile like a "human".  Got a chuckle out of that one.  Josh wanted a vampire pumpkin.  And Sarajane wanted a scary pumpkin.  Jason took the lead and free handed the carvings.  Thought they turned really good.... Halloween Wars here we come hehehe!

Leaves are everywhere!

We don' have an abundance of leaves here, but we did manage to make a pile for the kids to play in nearby.  The mosquitoes were horrible, but the kids had a blast playing.  Here's to fall:)

Fall Fair 2016 at AWE

Friday evening, AWE held its Fall Fair. The boys got their hair sprayed, played many games including pie the principal  (hehe), jumped around in the bounce houses, and ate "fair " themed food. They (SJ too) had a blast, Jason and I were exhausted!
